One of the most rewarding outcomes of the event was the strong validation across our portfolio.
Visitors showed particular interest in our protein-rich, keto-friendly snacks, collagen-enriched bars, and functional drinks, all crafted in Italy with a focus on taste, clean formulations, and everyday wellness.
From packaging design to ingredient transparency and flavour profiles, the feedback confirmed what modern GCC and MENA consumers increasingly demand: products that genuinely deliver on nutritional claims without compromising on enjoyment or convenience.

Strengthening Regional Partnerships
Gulfood proved to be a powerful platform to advance discussions with potential partners across the Middle East.
Meetings focused on channel strategies for convenience stores, e-commerce platforms, supermarkets, hypermarkets, and specialty wellness retailers, alongside longer-term expansion planning across Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, and other regional markets.
We are pleased to share that we will be announcing our first regional distribution partner very soon, marking the next major step toward bringing 1 Attimo InForma to shelves across the region.
Preparing for Market Launches
As we transition from exhibition momentum to execution, our immediate focus is on delivering a successful launch in the UAE, followed by a structured rollout across the rest of the GCC.
From regulatory registrations and supply-chain readiness to retail onboarding and marketing activations, the foundation is being laid for rapid and sustainable growth. Sampling programs, influencer collaborations, retail demonstrations, and community-driven wellness partnerships will form part of the launch strategy, ensuring consumers can experience our products first-hand.
This phased approach allows us to build strong in-market performance in the UAE before expanding into neighboring GCC markets in the months ahead.
